OUR STORY

A little space to be a whole person.

Yoglala began with a simple thought: life is already asking a lot of us. Maybe what we need isn't another place telling us to improve—but a place where we can pause, connect, and feel welcome as we are.

Life is not a project to optimise.

It's easy to get caught up in keeping up, meeting expectations, and trying to become the person we think we should be. Somewhere in all of that, we can lose touch with the simple experience of being alive—with rest, play, friendship, curiosity, and the things that make us feel like ourselves.

Yoglala is being built as a place to return to those things. Through retreats, practices, shared experiences, and eventually a supportive online community, we want to make it easier to explore what helps you live with a little more room, connection, and choice.

Not one path for everyone.

Some people come looking for quiet. Others want to move, laugh, learn something, make friends, or try an experience they have never tried before. Some want to reflect more deeply; others simply need a few days away from the usual routine. All of those are valid places to begin.

We listen before we plan. We offer choices instead of assumptions. And we remember that you know your own life better than we do.

Rooted in Nepal. Open to the world.

Nepal's living culture, landscapes, creativity, hospitality, and sense of community are part of the world Yoglala grows from. We want to honour that heritage in thoughtful details while welcoming people from different backgrounds, beliefs, bodies, and life stages.

We're building Yoglala with care, and we'll keep learning as we go. It won't be perfect—and we think there is something reassuring about that.

THERE'S ROOM FOR YOU

You don't have to have it all figured out.
