Your information deserves care.
This is a starter privacy notice for the website prototype. It must be reviewed and finalized for Yoglala's real operations before launch.
Prototype notice: The local demo form stores entries in your browser's local storage so the interaction can be previewed. It does not transmit submissions to Yoglala. Clear your browser storage to remove these demo entries.
Information you may provide
When the production website is connected, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, booking preferences, participant count, and message. Please do not submit sensitive medical or personal information through a general enquiry form.
Why information is used
Information should be used to reply to enquiries, review retreat requests, communicate practical arrangements, and maintain necessary booking records. It should not be sold to advertisers or used to pressure people into joining a programme.
Access and retention
Access to guest booking records should be limited to authorized Yoglala team members. Records should be retained only for defined operational, legal, and accounting purposes and deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Security and service providers
The production site is intended to use protected server-side operations, role-based access controls, and a database with row-level security. Hosting, database, email, and analytics providers will be identified in the final notice as applicable.
Your choices and contact
The final notice should explain how guests can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, and provide a real privacy contact. Those details must be added before the website accepts real personal information.
Before launch: have this notice reviewed against the actual data flows, hosting location, applicable law, and Yoglala's retention and incident-response practices.
