Take three unhurried breaths
Let the next breath arrive naturally. Feel your feet or the chair supporting you. There is nothing to get right, and you can stop if focusing on breath feels uncomfortable.
No gear, no streaks, no pressure to become a different person. Try something if it feels useful, adapt it, or leave it for another day.
These are general wellbeing ideas, not treatment or a replacement for professional care. You are always free to stop or choose another approach.

Walk at a comfortable pace and notice three things you can see, two sounds, and one sensation of movement. No need to make the walk productive.
Choose one small signal that your day is winding down: dim a light, put your phone aside, stretch gently, or sit quietly with a warm drink.
Ask yourself: “What would feel supportive today?” Write one line, think quietly, or leave the question unanswered. All are fine.
Put one screen out of reach and give your attention to something nearby: a plant, the sky, a song, or a conversation.
If it feels good, roll your shoulders, stretch your hands, or move a little. Keep it gentle and skip anything that hurts or feels unwelcome.
